【摘要】 目的　观察针刺加中药内服、热熏治疗鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法　 5 0 4例鼻窦炎患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 336例 ,运用针刺加中药内服、热熏治疗 ;对照组 1 6 8例运用西药对症治疗。 2组均 7日为 1个疗程 ,2个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果　治疗组痊愈率 94 .6 % ,总有效率 98.2 % ,对照组分别为 32 .1 %、6 4 .3% ,2组痊愈率、总有效率比较均有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　针刺加中药内服、热熏治疗鼻窦炎疗效显著更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture,oral administration and steaming with traditional Chinese medicine on nasonisusitis.Methods 504 patients with nasoinusitis were randomly divided into two groups .336 patients in treatment group were treated by acupuncture,oral administration and steaming with traditional Chinese medicine;168 patients in control group were treated by routine western medicine.Results The cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group were 94.6% and 98.2%,as compared with 32.1% and 64.3% in control group,there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture,oral administration and steaming with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating nasonisusitis.更多还原
