Limiting or abolishing death penalty is a world trend. We remain death sentence in China according to today conditions, however, we limit to death sentence from legal case, crimimal subje, asministration, examination and approving and executing procedure, then we created a system of condemning to death with the sentence suspended for two years. We stick to condemning to death withgreat care, thus not only adapt to world trend, but also adapt to pulic order and hitting offences.
