【摘要】 旨在考察学业成绩与大五人格维度及人格因素的关系,应用NEO大五人格量表,测查分析大学生的人格特质,研究影响学业成绩的具体大五人格维度及人格因素。结果发现五个维度中,多元逐步回归的结果,入选学业成绩回归方程的只有严谨性维度。大五人格三十个因素中,自律与观念对学业成绩有重要积极影响。拒绝浮躁、严谨踏实是取得学业成功非常重要的心理条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper investigates the relationship between the result of study and the Big Five personality dimensions as well as the factors of personality, uses the inventory of NEO Major Personality Dimensions to investigate and analyze the personality features of the college students and does researches on the concrete Big Five personality dimensions and personality factors that influence the result of study.Among the five dimensions, the result of the regression of these dimensions shows that, in the regression equation of the chosen result of study, only the dimension of rigorousness exists. All the other 4 dimensions are excluded from this model. Among the 5major personality dimensions, the dimension of rigorousness has important and active influence on the result of study. It is a very important psychological condition for achieving success in study to resist impetuousness and to be rigorous and steady.更多还原
