【Abstract】 The labor resources in western China has some problems,such as the population increasing too fast,lower people’s civil quality,coexistence of excession in quantity and shortage in quality and imbalance of the construction of labour resources.The development of labour resources in the west areas should control the population,raise the labour quality,regulate the industry construction,and develop non-public economy and so on.更多还原
