【摘要】 目的　探讨小儿急性坏死性胰腺炎的临床诊断与治疗。方法　回顾性分析 13例小儿急性坏死性胰腺炎的临床发病病因、病理、诊断及治疗情况 ,并结合文献提出最佳的治疗方案。结果　 13例患儿经过治疗均取得满意效果。结论　小儿急性坏死性胰腺炎的治疗方案早期予以非手术治疗 ,补充血容量 ,纠正水和电解质紊乱 ,改变胰腺的微循环 ,增强患儿的免疫力。其手术方式应根据患儿的病理类型、病变范围和程度、患儿的全身情况决定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of acute necrotic pancreatitis in children.Methods The etiology,pathology,diagnosis and treatment were analyzed retrospectively in thirteen children with acute necrotic pancretitis,in order to look for the most effective way to treat the disease and to reduce mortality rate with the aid of related referential literatures.Results All the 13 patients got satisfactory outcome after treatment.Conlusion The treatment plan at early stage should be emphasized to apply conservative managements including fluid resuscitation,correcting acid-base disturbances,improving pancreatic blood circulation and strengthening immunity.The operation methods should be decided according to pathologic type,the scope and extent of focus and patient’s general conditions.更多还原
