【摘要】 目的　探讨血液透析在梗阻性黄疸 (OJ)患者围手术期中的应用价值。方法　将 40例梗阻性黄疸患者分为术前预防性透析组和非透析组 ,观察两组患者的术后并发症、病死率及住院时间。结果　透析组除 1例并发电解紊乱无其他并发症发生 ,无 1例死亡 ,平均住院天数为 (14 .4± 5 .5 )d ;非透析组患者术后急性肾衰 7例、肝衰 3例 ,多脏器功能衰竭 (MODS) 3例 ,死亡 3例 ,平均住院天数为 (2 3± 6.8)d。结论　术前对OJ患者行预防性透析能够预防急性肾衰的发生 ,可明显改善患者术前一般情况 ,减少术后并发症 ,缩短住院天数 ,提高治愈率 ,降低病死率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application value of haemodialysis in treating the patients with obstructive jaundice in the perioperative period.Methods 40 patients with obstructive jaundice were divided into two groups,preventive haemodialysis group and non haemodialysis group.The postoperative complications,mortality and the time in hospital were observed.Results Preventive Haemodialysis group had no death case and average hospitalization was 14.4±5.5 days;non haemodialysis group occured 7 cases of acute renal failure,3 cases of acute liver failure and 3 cases of death,and average hospitalization was 23±6.8 days.Conclusion The preventive haemodialysis before operation for patients with obstructiev jaundice can decrease complications,increase cure rate,reduce the mortality and improve the patients’conditions.更多还原
