急性重症胰腺炎并发肺损伤时内皮素和一氧化氮变化的实验研究

【摘要】 目的探讨急性重症胰腺炎并发肺损伤时内皮素 (endothelins ,ET)和一氧化氮 (nitricoxide,NO)的作用。方法胰胆管逆行注药法制备大鼠急性重症胰腺炎并发肺损伤模型 ,检测血浆ET、NO、淀粉酶 (amylase,AMY)、脂肪酶 (lipase ,LIP)水平 ;胰腺、肺脏系数和胰腺、肺脏病理形态变化。 结果急性重症胰腺炎并发肺损伤模型中血浆ET、NO、AMY、LIP水平 ,胰腺、肺脏系数均明显升高 ;胰、肺病理形态改变明显。结论ET、NO在急性重症胰腺炎并发肺损伤发病中起重要作用。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the role of endothelins(ET) and nitric oxide (NO) in the episode of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) with lung injury. MethodsSAP model was induced by retrograde injection of sodium tanrocholate to pancreatic duct. Plasma level of ET, NO, amylase(AMY) and lipase(LIP),pancreatic and lung index were detected. Pancreatic and lung pathologic changes were observed.ResultsThe plasma level of ET, NO, AMY and LIP, pancreatic and lung index in SAP groups increased significantly. Pancreatic and lung pathologic changes in SAP groups changed significantly. ConclusionNO and ET play important roles in episode of SAP with lung injury.
