【摘要】 目的 :观察ZOE碘仿糊剂根充超充对乳牙根管治疗疗效的影响。方法 :利用Digora数字图像处理系统能大量存储X线图像资料的特点 ,对临床上ZOE碘仿糊剂根充超充的乳牙进行术后 3个月的复查。结果 :糊剂根充超充率为 35 .7% ,超充组发生治疗后急症的几率与适充组相似 ;3个月复查 ,超充材料全部吸收 (X线意义上 ) ,原有骨质破坏区未扩大 ,部分呈现骨密度增高趋势。结论 :乳牙根管治疗中 ,根管充填是十分关键的步骤之一 ,根管充填应尽可能减少欠充和超充 ,然而 ,ZOE碘仿糊剂超充并不会影响最终的治疗疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of overfilling with zinc oxide eugenol (ZOE) on root canal therapy (RCT) for primary tooth. Methods: Digital image manage system (Digora system) was utilized to save and analyze the X ray image information of primary tooth treated by RCT with ZOE iodoform paste. The cases of overfilling were collected from this system and reviewed 3 months after treatment. Results: The rate of overfilling was 35.7%. There were no significant differences of presenting post treatment emergencies between overfilling and non overfilling. The overfilled materials are absorbed (radiographically) after 3 months. The further destroy of apical periodontal tissue was not indicated and partial recover of apical periodontal tissue could be seen. Conclusion: Root canal obturation is an important procedure in RCT for primary tooth and flush filling should be achieved as could as possible. Overfilling with ZOE iodoform paste doesn’t lead a failure of RCT for primary tooth.更多还原
