【摘要】 目的 :探讨系统性红斑狼疮样动物模型雄性BXSB小鼠肾脏病变进展状况。方法 :分别测定不同月份的BXSB小鼠的 2 4h尿蛋白含量及其肾脏免疫复合物沉积状况。结果 :雄性BXSB小鼠 2月龄出现肾脏病理改变 ,3月龄出现临床指标改变。结论 :雄性BXSB小鼠 2月龄出现肾脏病理改变 ,3月龄肾脏出现临床指标改变 ,且随着鼠龄的增加其疾病症状呈加重趋势更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the status of the nephritis of lupus prone BXSB mice. Methods: the content of 24 hour urine protein and the deposition status of immune complex in nephritis of lupus prone BXSB mice with age varying from 1～6 month were observed in our experiment. Results: Pathological changes of kidney was found in 2 month male mice,and alteration of clinical marker was found in 3 month male mice. The content of 24 hour urine protein and the deposition status of immune complex in nephritis changed according to the age. Conclusion: The BXSB male mice of third month may suffered from lupus nephritis.更多还原
