更年平调液对老年雌性大鼠一氧化氮、性激素、超氧化物歧化酶的影响

【摘要】 目的 :阐明老年雌性大鼠血清中一氧化氮 (NO)、性激素 (sexhormone)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)含量的变化与衰老的关系 ,探讨NO在老年雌性大鼠衰老过程中的变化及更年平调液促进NO合成的作用。方法 :采用硝酸还原酶法和放免分析等方法 ,检则血清中NO、性激素、SOD等含量的变化。结果 :更年平调液能有效升高老年雌性大鼠血清NO、雌激素、SOD含量 ,与老年组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :更年平调液滋阴补肾 ,对老年雌性大鼠有延缓衰老的作用

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the relation between female aged rats’aging and their blood amounts changes of NO, sex hormone and SOD. To modulate NO synthesis by increasing or inhibiting NO activity for demonstrating the role of NO in female aged rats and increasing NO synthesis of Gengnianpingtiaoye. Methods: The assay of nitric acid restore and radioimmunity analysis were used to detect the amounts of NO,E 2,FSH,LH,PRL,T,SOD in ratsblood. Results: Gengnianpingtiaoye could increase amount of blood NO, E 2 and SOD in female aged rats. The difference between Gengnianpingtiao granule group and aging group was statisticly remarkable (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Gengnianpingtiaoye could add kidney’s strength temperate and delay senilily of female aged rats.
