兔上腔静脉中的心肌细胞组织学结构
Histology Study of the Cardiac Muscle of the Rabbit Superior Vena Cava
【摘要】 目的 :观察兔上腔静脉壁内心肌细胞组织学结构。方法 :选取健康的新西兰大白兔 10只 ,取上腔静脉和右心房 ,10 %福尔马林溶液固定 ,HE染色。另取健康的新西兰大白兔 10只 ,取上腔静脉和右心房 ,切成 1mm宽的小组织块置于 2 .5 %戊二醛固定液 ,染色后 ,透射电镜下观察。结果 :发现上腔静脉壁内有心肌细胞的延伸 ,壁内的心肌呈纵向、环行或斜行排列 ,电镜下可见壁内心肌细胞的存在 ,细胞之间可以见到明显细胞连接 ,心肌细胞内可见心房肽颗粒。结论 :兔上腔静脉壁内有心肌细胞存在 ,可能在心房收缩时起到阀门作用 ,是发生心律失常的结构基础 ,上腔静脉内心肌细胞在体液调节中发挥着一定的生理作用
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the histology of the cardiac muscle of the rabbit superior vena cava. Methods: The specimens were obtained from 10 New Zealand rabbits, stained with hematoxylin and eosin. The others specimens were also obtained from another 10 New Zealand rabbits, which were observed by electron microscope. Results: the cardiac muscle fibers were distributed uninterruptedly from the atrium into the vena cava. There were more cardiac muscle!fibers in the anterior wall than the posterior and side wall. The cardiac fibers were bundled and distributed in longitudinal, oblique, or circular directions in the superior vena cava wall, occupying most of its thickness. Atrial natriuretic peptide granules were found in the myocardium, cell junctions were distinctly observed. There were no pacemaker cells in the venous wall. Conclusion: The cardiac muscle fibers are distributed in the vena cava, they may work as a functional valve to prevent the atrial blood backflow to the vena cava, and they are also related to the arrhythmia. The cardiac muscle of the superior vena cava may play a role in regulating the body fluid circulation.
