【摘要】 在铅球最后用力技术教学过程中 ,利用“以高求远”教学辅助装置能使初学者有效克服“一心求远”的心态 ,从而形成用力前的有利姿势和在最后用力过程中 ,使身体各部分的力量在时间—空间特征上达到较优化组合 ,产生较好的运动效果 .通过本研究 ,以期为提高铅球技术教学效果提供一点参考 .更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper adopts experiment, statistics and technical evaluation as its study method. The conclusion is as follows. In the course of teaching the technique of final precipitation in putting shot, the "higher for farther" teaching aid device enables beginners to overcome their "only for far" mentality so that they can form advantageous posture before they exert themselves. In the course of final precipitation, the strength in the various parts of their bodies can be optimized in time and space so as to bring about better effect.
