冷却塔施工技术改进
Improvement of construction technique of hyperbolic cooling tower
【摘要】 钢筋砼双曲线冷却塔施工难度大,施工前自行编制了塔壁厚度计算程序,利用计算机计算出准确数据,采用自承式脚手架、定型组合钢模板、塔式起重机垂直运输的施工工艺获得成功,与传统工艺相比节省费用50万元。
【Abstract】 It is very difficult for constructing a hyperbolic cooling tower with reinforced concrete. Before construction, a special program was designed to calculate the thickness of tower in order to obtain accurate data. The following construction technique as self - bearing scaffold, typical ganged form and vertical hoisting of tower crane ensures the sucess. It save 500,000 yuan compared with the traditional method.
