【Abstract】 The feasibility and the importance on the theory for city of Handan to develop historical cultural tour was explained. The city of Handan is one of the 99 famous cities of historical culture all over the country, it has the strong atmosphere of the old culture, and Zhao-culture, Caowei-culture and Dream-culture have the very high position in our country, even all over the world.
