【摘要】 李大钊早期宪政思想是20世纪初中国民主政治进程的产物。它一方面反映了当时中国先进知识分子对民主宪政的理解、认识和向往,另一方面也深刻说明了封建传统政治及其文化观念对中国民主进程的严重影响。李大钊的早期宪政思想顺应了中国民主发展的潮流,为后来的民主宪政运动提供了许多积极有益的思想素材,但是也留下了一些值得后人继续深思的话题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Li Dazhao’s early thought of constitutionalism is the product of China’s demoncratic process in the early 20th century. On one hand, it reflects the then intellectualls’ understanding of constitutionalism. On the other hand,it shows that traditional feudal politics and cultural concepts had great influence on China’s demoncratic process. Li’s early thought of constitutionalism conformed to the development of China’s demoncratic process. and provided positive ideas for the constitutional movement.
