【Abstract】 China’s money market and capital market are in partition and nearly in isolation, which violates the objective law of economy and finance and gives a negative influence on China’s economy as well as China’s finance. To solve the isolation of the money market and capital market cannot be completed by one step but by the policy of step by step. In practice we can structure a multiple financial system which includes exclusive financial institution, financial department store and financial supermarket. The operating system of the financial institution is established from the separated dealing to the mixed dealing. And the financial management system changes from the controlling in division to collaboration and finally to consolidation.更多还原
