【摘要】 测定了火棘果实提取物对大鼠小肠的吸水功能、胆汁分泌和胃液分泌的影响 ,结果表明火棘可抑制正常大鼠小肠对水分的吸收 ,促进大鼠胆汁分泌 ,使胆汁中固体物含量增加 ,并促进大鼠胃液的分泌 ,提高胃蛋白酶的活性 ,具有较强的消食健脾功能更多还原

【Abstract】 It was proved that Pyracantha fortuneana (Maxim )Li could hold back the normal rats intestinum angustum from absorbing water,promoted the secretions of ratsbile and stomogastric liquid,increased the solid contents of ratsbile and enhanced the activity of pepsin,by the ways of examining the influences of pyracantha on the rats intestinum angustum functions of absorbing water and on the secretions of bile and stomogastic liquid It was further indicated that the wild plant Pyracantha had strong influences on digesting and invigorating the spleen of a normal rat更多还原
