【摘要】 通过对 12个生育期一致的小麦品种 (系 )灌浆初期衰老指数的调查及丙二醛 (MDA)含量的测定 ,探讨了小麦品种抗衰性与丙二醛 (MDA)含量的相关性 ,结果表明 ,生育期一致的小麦品种 (系 )衰老指数与MDA含量呈极显著正相关 (r=0 75 2 1) ,即同一时期 (灌浆初期 ) ,抗衰性愈强的品种 ,其丙二醛含量愈低。由此可见 ,利用MDA的含量鉴定小麦品种的抗衰性是可行的。更多还原
