米邦塔仙人掌茎多糖的提取

【摘要】 比较了用不同体积分数的乙醇溶液提取米邦塔仙人掌(Opuntia Milpa Alta)茎多糖的效率,结果表明以60%的乙醇为最佳。单因素试验和正交试验结果表明,固液料比和浸提时间对仙人掌多糖的提取效率影响较大,其次是乙醇的体积分数及浸提温度。提取优化工艺为:以体积分数60%的乙醇为浸提剂,按每克仙人掌加15 mL提取液投料,在70℃下浸提5h。

【Abstract】 Compared the extraction ef f ects of polysaccharides f rom Opuntia Milpa Alta by ethyl alcohol of various concentrations. The results indicated that volume fraction 60% ethyl alcohol was the optimum solvent. Mono-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments showed that the ratio of the solvent to Opuntia Milpa Alta and the extraction temperature could have a greater impact on extraction of the polysaccharides than the extraction time and the volume fraction of ethyl alcohol had. The optimum technology was Opuntia Milpa Alta and 60 % ethyl alcohol were mix with the ratio of 15 mL/g, then heated at 70 ℃ for 5 h.
