【摘要】 :环境化学污染物严重威胁人类健康,目前对其毒性作用机制研究已逐步深入到细胞器和分子水平。线粒体作为细胞"动力站",其呼吸链系统是许多外源性物质的优先作用靶标。初步探讨了环境化学污染物对线粒体呼吸链系统的几种作用机制及其相互之间的联系,并在总结国内外研究的基础上,提出了今后相关研究的内容和方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Environmental chemical pollutants affect human beings’ health enormously. Nowadays studies on their toxicol actions have focused on organelle and molecular level of organism. Mitochondria is "power station" of cell, its respiratory chain systems being preferential targets of many xenobiotica. Several effecting mechanisms of environmental chemical pollutants on motichondrial respiratory chain, altogether their relationships were discussed.Based on these, the trend of relavent research in the future was also proposed.更多还原
