【摘要】 对我国建筑市场的组织结构进行了研究,认为我国建筑业结构性问题一直存在,市场集中度和产业进入壁垒过低,供求严重失衡,产业效率低,难以应对加入WTO对我国建筑市场的影响和挑战。提出,必须科学划分和管理企业资质;严格执业资格管理制度;完善市场准入和清出制度;培育、扶植、发展有雄厚实力的大企业集团;积极开发人力资源;加强企业管理提升企业品位等项对策,优化我国建筑市场的组织结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the study of the organizational structure of our building market, the authors pointed out that the structural problem of our building market had been existing; the centralization degree of the market and the entering barrier of the industry were too low; the relation between supply and demand was seriously unbalanced; the efficiency of the industry was too low All of these factors made us difficult to cope with the influence and the challenge of China’s entering WTO The authors put forward that we must divide and manage the enterprise qualifications scientifically; rigorously enforce the regulations of the license of qualification; perfect the market entering permission and elimination rules; cultivate, foster and develop the enterprise group with abundant strength; explore the human resources; strengthen the management; and improve the quality of the enterprise All these countermeasures could be used in optimizing the structure of China’s building market更多还原
