谷子纹枯病发生规律及影响因素

【摘要】 报道了谷子纹枯病的侵染规律及春、夏谷的田间发生规律。病菌接种后14d就可以侵入茎秆,其病害扩展速度与温湿度呈显著正相关。当旬平均气温在24 3℃,降雨量在80mm以上,相对湿度在80%以上时,纹枯病垂直向上侵染叶片的速度可达0 56片/日,为全生育期侵染高峰期。谷子播种期与发病关系密切,早播病重迟播病轻。

【Abstract】 This paper reported the invasive rules of Rhizoctonia solani in foxtail millet and the developing rules in field. The pathogen would invade the stem after 14 days of inoculation.It showed some high positive correlation among invasive speed of Rhizoctonia solani,the air temperature and humidity on foxtail millet. The daily average invasive speed from the basic part to the top of the stem was 0.56 leaves when the average temperature was 24.3 ℃, the rainfall above 80 mm and the ralative humidity over 80%,which was the invasive peak period of Rhizoctonia solani during the whole growing season. The incidence of Rhizoctonia solani was closely related to the date of planting.Earlier sowing resulted in more serious disease than late sowing.
