旱稻×稗草远缘杂交研究
Studies on Distant Hybridization of Upland Rice (O.sativa)× Barnyard Grass(E.caudata)
【摘要】 以旱稻基因型旱65为母本,稗草长芒稗为父本,通过杂交、回交技术,导入稗草高光效、速生快长基因,效果非常明显。
【Abstract】 7 years successive studies on the progenies derived from cross and backcross(BC) between upland rice(O.sativa) genotype Han 65 and long-awn barnyard grass(E.caudata) were carried out.The results showed that distant hybridization was an effective way for transferring the gene(s) of higher growth rate(HGR) and of higher photosynthetic rate(HPR).
