共显性分子标记与显性基因数量性状
Codominant Molecular Markers and Dominant Gene Quantitative Traits
【摘要】 对以正交表形式表现的共显性动物分子标记资料根据显性基因控制的数量性状遗传模型配合了动物分子标记回归方程。结果表明 ,在一定的条件下 ,对以正交表形式表现的显性基因共显性分子标记资料配合的分子标记回归方程 ,可以对显性基因的相对作用加以估计 ,并可作为育种的依据。运用此方法亦可以实现从基因到性状的翻译
【Abstract】 The gene′s effect controlling quantitative traits is greatly noticed b y genetic academics for a long time, especially at the time when Human Genome Pr oject is to be finished. And thus, how to translate DNA segments to trait is o ne of important items. In this article, a general analysis model using molecular marker material is established for discussing the gene′s relative effect and t he translating from dominant gene′s DNA segments to quantitative trait. The res ult shows: by this way, the dominant gene′s effect can be estimated by the coef ficient of molecular marker regression equations fitting the orthogonal layout codominan t molecular marker materials under some hypothetical conditions, and thus, a met hod and theory basis for translating gene code DNA segments to quantitative trai t is presented,and a new method of animal molecular marker assistant selection is supplied in the same time.
