【Abstract】 Main parameters and methods of chromosome preparing with wall degradation hypotonic technique in cucumber were studied,and a suitable method was established.The results indicated that there was a evident correlationship between chromocenter diameter,heterochromatin number and plant ploidy level.The chromocenter diameter and heterochromatin number of haploid and double haploid are 5.1,5.0 μm and 13.3,11.9 μm respectively.更多还原
