基于GIS的地籍管理信息系统设计

【摘要】 提出了利用MapInfo和Delphi集成开发基于GIS的地籍管理信息系统的设计、建立过程,阐述了地籍管理信息系统的总体结构和主要模块的功能及实现方法。

【Abstract】 This author proposed the overall design of the cadastre MIS based on GIS,discussed the software development on the base of integrated of MapInfo and Delphi.It also expatiates structure of cadastre MIS and the function of the main midule.
