多孔硝胺涂层剂含量分析方法的优化

【摘要】 多孔硝胺涂层剂含量的测定是生产过程检验的一项重要内容。通过对原分析方法存在某些缺陷的讨论 ,确定了最佳的萃取条件和萃取溶剂 ,改装了抽滤装置 ,加标回收率达到 95 % ,比原分析方法提高10 %。

【Abstract】 It is an important part of production process analysis that content of porous ammonium nitrate coating is determined.In this paper,through discussion on some flaws in former analysis procedure,the most appropriate extractive solvent and the optimal extraction conditions are determined,vacuum filtration equipment is refitted.Extraction rate surpassed 90%.Recovery rate determined by adding a standard material reached 95% and is higher than former analysis procedure.The new procedure have advantages that its operations of apparatuses are simple and its accuracy is high,results are satisfactory in industrial production.
