弯管流量计的研究和应用
The research and application of the curved-pipe flowmeters
【摘要】 介绍了重点国家级火炬计划项目“ZLRJ智能弯管流量计”(现已由技术监督局统一为ZWL型智能弯管流量计 )的理论研究和实验研究的内容 ,重点围绕主体实验研究的内容展开。理论研究突出阐明了弯管流量计类似一种整流装置 ,主流动和压力差具有严格对应性。给出了二次流影响的形式和程度。而系统的实验研究内容则给出了弯管流量计可以达到 1 0级测量准确度的规模化生产条件。在特别提出了流量系数随管径变化问题的同时 ,也给出了在低粘度介质中不随流速及雷诺数变化的结果
【Abstract】 In this text,the theory and experiment research of the ZLRJ Intelligence Curved-pipe Flowmeters(now unified as ZWL series Intelligence Curved-pipe Flowmeters)was introduced systematically,which was listed in the Sate-Grade key torch program.The results of the research was provided in this text,at the same time,the condition of larse scale production of intelligence curved-pipe flowmeters,whose measurement accuracy was standard to 1 0 grade,was given.
