如何消除并购企业的财务风险
Research on the Forewarning Countermeasures of Financial Risk Met by M and A Enterprises
【摘要】 本文针对并购企业在整合期内发生的低度财务风险、中度财务风险、高度财务风险 ,提出了建设性的对策 ,可有效地预防预控财务风险
【Abstract】 The paper describes the forewarning countermeasures of financial risk met by M and A enterprises during conformity based on high financial risk, middle financial risk and low financial risk.It proposes a certain instructive significance to M and A enterprises to control financial risk as well.
