TP347H不锈钢与12Cr2MoWVTiB(G102)耐热钢异种钢焊口试验分析
Test and Analysis of Welds Between Different Materials of TP347H Stainless Steel and 12Cr2MoWVTiB (G102) Heat-resistant Steel
【摘要】 文章对运行55221.64h的TP347H不锈钢与12Cr2MoWVTiB(G102)耐热钢异种钢焊接接头进行了试验研究,结果表明,G102侧热影响区为整个焊接接头的薄弱环节,鉴于该类焊接接头G102侧热影响区冲击值很低,建议尽早更换。
【Abstract】 Through tests and analysis of welds between TP347H stainless steel and12CrMoWVTiB (G102) heat-resistant steel after 55 221.64 hours in service, the results show that the heat effected zone at G102 side is a weak area of the whole weld. Due to the low impact strength of this area, the authors suggest to replace these welds as early as possible.
