海蓬子种子营养成分分析及制备共轭亚油酸的研究

【摘要】 分析了盐生植物——海蓬子种子的营养成分,并利用其种子油制备共轭亚油酸。研究结果表明:海蓬子种子蛋白质含量为42.59%,高于大豆和其它蛋白质植物;氨基酸组分较齐全,优于鸡蛋蛋白。种子油不饱和脂肪酸含量高,为89.77%,其中亚油酸为73.63%,组成类似红花油,有很高的营养保健功能。用种子油制备共轭亚油酸,亚油酸转化为共轭亚油酸的转化率达到86.07%,共轭亚油酸含量将近70%,海蓬子种子油可制成优质食用油,也可作为制备共轭亚油酸的原料。

【Abstract】 The nutritional components of salicarnia seed were analysed, and its seed oil was used to produce conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). It is shown from the analysis results that the salicornia seed contains high content of protein (42.59 %), being higher than that of soybean, and more complete composition of amino acids, being better than that of egg white. The seed oil contains high contents of unsaturated fatty acid (89.77 %), of which the linoleic acid accounts for 73.63%, so the seed oil is beneficial to health care. With the seed oil being used to produce CLA, the conversion rate from linoleic acid to CLA is 86.07%, and the content of CLA is about 70%, so the salicarnia seed oil can be made good edible oil and is also good raw material for producing CLA.
