【摘要】 概述了DNA芯片技术的基本原理及制备方法,并介绍了它在神经退化性疾病中的应用。

【Abstract】 The fundamental principle and the preparation of DNA chips have been summarized in this paper. The application of DNA chips technology may be studied in the neurodegenerative disorders.
