羧甲基化法合成AEC的条件探讨
The Discussing of the Condition Synthesize AEC in Carboxy Methylation
【摘要】 研究了以AEO、ClCH2COOH、NaOH为原料,经直接羧甲基化制备AEC的合成条件。考察了原料配比、反应温度及反应时间对产品的转化率及外观影响,确定了最佳的合成条件:n(AEO):n(NaOH):n(ClCH2COOH)为1:2.5:1.3;羧甲基化温度为80±2℃;羧甲基化时间为4 h。其产品精制采用氯仿作溶剂萃取蒸馏,用量为V(AEC):V(CHCl3)=1:(2.0~2.5)。
【Abstract】 Studied about the condition synthesize AEC in the way of carboxy methylation, use AEO and ClCH2COOH as material and use NaOH as activator. Through researching material dosage , reactive tempera-lure and reactive time influence on the frational conversion of AEC and exterior,writers confirmed the optimum condition of the reaction: n (AEO) : n(NaOH) = n (ClCH2COOH) = 1 : 2. 5 : 1. 3; the temperature is 80 ± 2 ℃, the time is 4 hours. Product are refined by extractive distillation , CHCl3 as solvent, and their dosages are V (AEC) : V(CHCl3) = 1: (2.0-2.5).
