超重力法制备纳米碳酸钙的工艺研究
The Preparation of Nanometer CaCO3 Powder by RPB Technology
【摘要】 以氧化钙和CO2为主要原料,用超重力RPB反应器制备了立方型纳米碳酸钙粉末。用正交实验研究了Ca(OH)2悬浊液浓度、转速和气液比对产品粒径的影响,并在所得最优工艺条件下制备出了平均粒径27nm、粒度分布均匀(σ=0 24)的产品,并用X 衍射确定产品的物相组成。
【Abstract】 Nanometer calcium carbonate powders prepared by the carbonation reaction in HG reactor through Ca(OH)2 and CO2 was studied. The influences of operational conditions, such as initial concentration of Ca(OH)2,rotational speeds of RPB, liquid flow rate L, gas flow rate G etc, on the particle size and its distribution, the carbonation reaction time was studied. Nanometer calcium carbonate with average diameter 27 nm,well-distributed particle size was obtained.The best operation conditions of RPB determined by orthogonal test is G/L:2.5, ω:1800 r·min-1, c[Ca(OH)2]: 19.82 g·L-1.
