差分脉冲伏安法测定1-氨甲基-1-甲硫基-2-硝基乙烯

【摘要】 1-氨甲基-1-甲硫基-2-硝基乙烯(MAMTNE)是合成雷尼替丁的中间体。用差分脉冲伏安法研究了该中间体的电化学行为,用银基汞膜电极作工作电极,在NaAc-HAc溶液中,在-0.680 V有一灵敏的还原峰,该中间体的浓度在1.01×10-5~1.51×10-4mol·L-1范围内与峰高呈线性关系,其回归方程为Y=2.26×105X+1.52,相关系数为R=0.9993,RSD为3.14%。应用该法测定了几个合成样品,结果满意。

【Abstract】 1-Amino-methyl-1-methio-g-nitro-ethene is that synthesize the middle substitutes of the Rannit-dine. The electrochemical behavior was examined by differential pulse voltammerty with the mercury mem-brance in silver electrode as working electrode. In the NaAc-HAc solution, at -0. 68 V has a sensitive reduc-tive peak. The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range with peak high at 1.01×10-5~1.51×10-4 mol·L-1, and to regression equation to Y=2.26×105X+1.52, related coefficient R=0.9993. Measure-sed a few and actual sample, result satisfaction with that method.
