利用MCS-51单片机数控系统改造花键轴铣床
Transformation of Splinted Shaft Mill with MCS-51 Single Chip Microprocessor Numerical Controller
【摘要】 介绍了利用MCS 51系列单片机8031研制经济型数控系统,进行花键轴铣床数控改造的方法。详细讨论了数控系统的硬件组成和软件功能设置,以及各芯片之间的连接关系。原铣床经数控化改造后,扩大了其加工范围,能满足不同锥度花键轴零件的加工。MCS 51系列单片机数控系统具有经济、实用、灵活的特点,是当前工矿企业机床数控改造的有效途径。
【Abstract】 This article analyses the way of numericallycontrolled transformation to splinted shaft mill,in which MCS51 single chip microprocessor is adopted in the numerical controller,gives a minute discussion on the component of hardware,the function setting of software and the linkage relationship of chips.The renovation amplifies the scope of machining of the mill,suffices machining of different taper splinted shafts.MCS51 single chip microprocessor is economical,practical and flexible.It is an effective way to the renovation of the numerical controllers for factories at present.
