【摘要】 700型气需量分析仪是一种专用仪器,用来控制煤气净化分厂的克劳斯硫回收系统中助燃气体与酸气的比率。本文介绍了该分析仪工作原理及其作用,详细分析了分析仪目前的现状,对发生的故障作了认真地统计,通过近半年的检查、分析、实验、调整和必要地改造,使各主要部位的故障问题得到了基本解决。通过此次技术改造,使我们对全套分析仪有了更清楚地认识,为今后分析仪的正常运转打下了坚实的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 700 type gas demanding analytical instrument is a special instrument,which is used to control the rate of combustionsupporting and acid in the klaus sulfur recycling system from the gas purificatory works.This text tells of the working principle and the function of the analytical instrument,analyses its present state in detail and makes good statistics of its possible troubles.After half a year’s checking,analysing,experimenting,adjusting and necessary alterating,we can basically solve the trouble.This technical alteration gets us a clear understanding of the whole analytical instrument,and it makes a solid foundation for the instrument to work normally.更多还原
