车铣加工的运动学模型与切屑形成机理
Kinematics Model of TurningMilling Processes and Mechanism of Chip Formation
【摘要】 分析切屑形成机理及刀具、切削刃与工件在X-Y,X-Z平面内可能的接触范围.建立了车铣过程的一种运动学模型.得出了圆周切削刃车铣时切削厚度的计算公式.
【Abstract】 The chip formation mechanism and the possible contact area on plane \%X-Y\% and \%X-Z\% between the cutting edge and workpiece are analyzed. A kinematics model of turningmilling process is proposed. The expression of cutting thickness during turningmilling with circular cutting edge is presented.
