【摘要】 客观合理地评价了油库火灾与爆炸的危险程度.采用美国道(DOW)化学公司火灾爆炸指数评价法最新版本(第7版)对某燃料公司油库进行了评价.油库的汽油罐组、装车站和泵棚的火灾爆炸危险指数分别为116.6,110.7,84.8,其危险程度均属于"中等"级别;经过安全措施补偿后,其火灾爆炸危险指数分别降到79.3,78.6,63.6,危险程度降到"较轻"级别.在安全措施落实的基础上,大大降低了其危险性,该油库是比较安全的.更多还原

【Abstract】 The criticality of fire and explosion potentially existing in oil storehouses in an objective and reasonable way is evaluated. The evaluation method parameterized by the hazard indices of fire and explosion and authorized by Dow Chemical Company U.S.A. The latest version 7.0 is used in the oil storehouse of a certain company. The evaluation results are turned out to be objective, reasonable and convincing.
