厚壁管微张力减径过程有限元分析和实验研究
Finite-element Analysis and Experimental Research of Slight-stretch Reduced Thick Steel Tube
【摘要】 通过弹塑性有限元方法对厚壁钢管微张力减径过程中的壁厚变化作了计算分析,并与实验结果进行了对照,证明了用弹塑性有限元分析微张力减径过程是可行的,并得出一些结论,这对于用有限元方法开发新品种,推广微张力减径技术有重要的意义.
【Abstract】 Computing analysis of the inprocess gage variations of slightstretch reduced thick steel tubes via elastoplasticity finite elements method is conducted, and comparison of the analysis with the experiment results are made. It is shown practical to analyze the steel tube slightstretch reduction process with elastroplasticity element. The work done will greatly contribute to developing new product with FE method and disseminating the steel tube slightstretch reduction technique.
