玄武岩纤维复合材料研究

【摘要】 探讨了由玄武岩纤维与植物纤维复合制备型体材料的基本方法及复合材料的物理结构.该复合材料形成一种拓扑无序结构,可以近似用“无规网络模型”描述材料的结构.实验探讨了打浆度、玄武岩纤维含量等因素对复合材料性能的影响.制备的复合材料可生产一次性餐饮、盒具及衣用育苗钵和衬垫包装材料等.该复合材料可以完全降解,玄武岩纤维分解后即为土壤的母质,对环境不造成二次污染.

【Abstract】 The preparation technology and the physical structure of shaped basalt fiber composite material are studied. The materials which are made from basalt and plant fibers in different percentages and by adding suitable agents are assumed to form a kind of topological random structure, the physical structure is described approximately by the model of random meshwork. The effects of the other factors such as pulping degrees (SR) and the percentages of the basalt fibers etc on the strength of the composites are also discussed. The original basalt fiber composite materials can be used to produce once-used food or drinking containers, the bowls of seedbed for agriculture and packaging materials and so on. The shaped materials are characterized by the complete degradation of the organic component and by the proper decomposition into soils of the inorganic parts. Therefore the secondary environment pollution from this kind of materials can be prevented.
