【Abstract】 Frustration education refers to planned and orientated psychological analysis and persuasion on the educated about their frustrations, aiming to practice and strengthen their ability to endure setbacks, so it is the important component of quality-orientated education. It needs reinforcement in police schools in that students tend to suffer setbacks in adaptability, social relations, romantic affairs, accidents and disasters, and career choices. It is needed by social development, by public security professional life and by talents fostering.
