两相混合式步进电机最大可用功率的研究
Research on available maximum horsepower of stepping motors
【摘要】 为了正确地选用步进电动机的驱动单元,采用分布非线性磁网络模型对电感进行准确计算,给出了步进电动机输出最大可用功率与一些参数的关系。理论分析和实验研究表明,步进电动机最大可用功率主要取决于电动机的综合参数和配套驱动器的功放级电压,从而较好地解决了步进电动机的选择中概念模糊的问题。
【Abstract】 Available maximum horsepower of stepping motors is discussed. A simple presentation of the available maximum horsepower of stepping motors is given through calculating inductance based on nonlinear magnetic network model and testing verification. The conclusion comes out that the available maximum horsepower is mainly determined by the derived motor parameter and the voltage cross the power (VDC) of the designated driver. It is valuable to the proper selection of stepping units.
