【摘要】 目前国内学者对于国内的电力企业研究最多的是发电成本对公司投资价值的影响,几乎没有对企业市场规模的研究,文中试根据J.HoltonWilson(1981)在信贷行业中的收益与业务规模之间的关系所做的费用函数的经验估计来拟合发电行业的最优规模。由此得出我国的电力企业仍存在规模经济,大多数企业没有达到模型所拟合的最优规模,应通过成长或并购取得发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As we can read in many references,most domestic scholars show great interest in how the cost of generating electricity affects enterprises’ investment value for domestic power enterprises at present.They hardly study enterprises’ optimum market scale.The paper tries to adopt the method which J.Holton Wilson(1981) used to get the empirical estimation of expenditure function when he dealt with the relation between the benefits and the operation scale in credit trade,to draft the optimum scale of power industry.There is still economy of scale in our power enterprises.Most of them do not reach the optimum scale given by econometrics model yet and should develop through growing or being annexed.更多还原
