自保护药芯焊丝的国内外研究进展

【摘要】 指出了研究自保护药芯焊丝的重要性 ,着重介绍了国外通过热力学和动力学预测自保护药芯焊丝焊缝微观组织和夹杂物形成的方法。高铝焊缝和低铝焊缝微观组织的差异主要是由于δ -铁素体转变为奥氏体的动力学不同以及冷却速度的影响造成的。国内的研究主要集中在自保护药芯焊丝熔滴过渡及焊缝金属的韧化方面 ,颗粒过渡、射滴过渡是自保护药芯焊丝中两种较理想的过渡形式 ,对高铝系熔敷金属可通过添加微量硼和稀土进行韧化 ,并对韧化机理进行了探讨

【Abstract】 The importance of developing self-shielded flux cored wire(SSFCW) is pointed out. Predicting methods for microstructure and inclusion formation in welds of self-shielded flux-cored wire by thermodynamic and kinetic calculations abroad are introduced emphatically. The reasons of microstructure differences between the welds with high aluminum and low aluminum content are due to the differences of transformation kinetics of δ -ferrite to austenite and effects of cool speed. Domestic researches are focus on droplet transfer modes and improving toughness of SSFCE. Granular transfer and spray transfer are better modes for SSFCE. Toughness of deposited metal can be improved obviously by adding trace boron and RE, and the mechanism of raising toughness is discussed.
