【摘要】 目的　观察奥得金对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床疗效。 方法 　所有病例随机分为治疗组和对照组各 2 0例 ,对照组应用高压氧治疗 ,治疗组在应用高压氧治疗前应用奥德金 ,观察 DQ评分确定疗效。结果 　与对照组相比 ,奥德金组 DQ评分有显著差异。结论 　奥德金能有效治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病更多还原
