【摘要】 目的 探讨肝素联合激素治疗原发性肾病综合征对血脂及肾功能的影响。方法 将确诊为原发性肾病综合征的68例患者随机分组,分别给予激素治疗(对照组)和肝素联合激素治疗(治疗组),分析两组疗效以及治疗前后血脂、肾功能的变化。结果 治疗组完全缓解率93.9％,对照组完全缓解率88.6％,两组相比,P>0.05。治疗组在治疗4周时血总胆固醇降至接近正常,对照组在治疗12周时血总胆固醇降至接近正常,治疗组在治疗8周时血甘油三酯降至正常,对照组在治疗12周时血甘油三脂降至正常,两组相比,P<0.05。治疗组全部患者肾功能正常,对照组11.4％进展为慢性肾功能不全。治疗组无发生血管栓塞,对照组2例发生血管栓塞。两组均无发生严重副作用。结论 肝素联合激素治疗原发性肾病综合征,能更有效地降低血脂,降低慢性肾功能不全的发生率,无严重副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of bllod grease and renal function of idiopathic nephrotic syndrome treated by heparin and hormone. Methods 68 idiopathic nephrotic syndrome patients were divided into groups at random.the cont-rastrive group took hormone, and the treated group took heparin and hormone. Curative effecublcod grease and renal function of two groups were analyzed in front and back. Results The complete alleviative rate of the treated group was 93.9% and that of the contrastive group was 88.6%. One group compared with another, P > 0.05. The blood total cholesterol of the treated group was down to near to nomal Ievel after 4 weeks, and so it was the contrastive group after 8 weeks. The blood triglyceride of the treated group was down to nomal lever after 8 vreeks, and so it was the contrastive group 12 weeks.One group compared with another,P<0.05. The renal functions of all patients of the treated group were nomal, and 11.4% patients of the contrastive group went into chronic renal failure. None of the treated group occurred blood ves-sel emboline.and 2 of the contrastive group occurred blood vessel embolism. None of the two groups occurred serious side effect.Conclusions Heparin and hormone could reduce blood grease effectly,and could reduce the occurrence rate of chronic renal failure, and had no serious side effect on treatmence to idiopathic nephrotic syndrome.更多还原
