【摘要】 目的　探索卡维地洛对心衰患者QT离散度的影响。方法　通过 47例卡维地洛治疗的心衰患者治疗前后心电图QTd分析 ,与 38例常规疗法的对照组患者比较有无统计学差异。结果　常规疗法患者QTd无明显变化 ,卡维地洛组治疗后QTd与治疗前比较 ,以及与对照组比较均显著缩小 ,P <0 .0 1。结论　卡维地洛使心衰患者QT离散度缩小 ,为其能有效干预CHF病理进程提供了心电学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of carvedilol on chronic heart faiure pataent’s QT dispersion.Methods:Analyze 47 cases patient’s cardiograph wich were treated with carvedilol,contrast to another group wich were treated without carvedilol.Results:If we didnot apply carvedilol to the patients ,their QT d have no notable variety. On the other hand,if the patients were treated with carvedilol,their QTd were reduced evidently.Conclusion:Carvedilol can reduce the patient’s QTd.Basing on the cardiograph evidence,carvedilol can intervene in the pathological CHF effectively.更多还原
