【摘要】 目的 :分析产后下肢深静脉血栓形成 (DVT)的原因 ,探讨其综合外科治疗方案。方法 :对发病 36h内转入我科的 11例DVT患者即行下腔静脉临时滤器植入术 ,术后以大剂量尿激酶溶栓 ,并予低分子肝素抗凝治疗结果 :所有病例均治愈出院 ,无 1例出现肺栓塞。 3例深静脉复通 ,瓣膜功能恢复 ;5例深静脉不全复通 ,瓣膜功能未能恢复 ;3例深静脉未能复通 ,症状缓解 ,肢体功能恢复。结论 :高危产妇是DVT的高危因素。早期发现DVT的病例予下腔静脉临时滤器植入 ,术后以大剂量尿激酶溶栓 ,并予低分子肝素抗凝治疗 ,能提高DVT的深静脉早期复通率和预防发生肺栓塞更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Analysis the cause of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) postpartum, and discuss the methods of colligate surical treatment DVT postpartum. Methods: Analysis 11 patients (from Jul 2000 to Nov 2003) who occur DVT postpartum earlier period, All of them arrived in 36 hour when the symptom come on. We gave the patients operation of placing the temporary inferior vena cava filters as soon as the diagnosis was definitude. After the operation, the pationts received thrombolysis by large dosage Urokinase thrombolysis and anticoagulation therapy by low-molecular-weight heparin. Results: All of the patient are cure, no-one occur pulmonary embolism(PE). 3 patient’s deep vein were reopen to traffic completely, their venous valves has functional restoration; 5 patient’s deep vein were reopen to traffic partially, their venous valves has not functional restoration; 3 patient’s deep vein still be emphraxis, but the symptom was remission, and the function of the limb was recovery. Conclusion: The parturien of high risk is common agent of DVT. To place the temoprary inferior vena cave filters when we detect the DVT in earlier period, after the operation, to thrombolysis by large dosage Urokinase thrombolysis and to anticoagulate therapy by low-molecular-weight heparin, is helpful to increase the rate of deep vein be open to traffic, and defend to pulmonary embolism during the treatment.更多还原
