【摘要】 目的 :了解十二指肠溃疡患者抑郁情况并探讨健康教育及心理社会干预对抑郁症状、消化道症状及溃疡愈合的影响。方法 :应用Zung抑郁自评量表 (SDS)对 1 2 0例十二指肠溃疡患者及 1 2 0例正常人群进行测评。将抑郁指数≥ 0 5的 77例患者随机分为观察组 39例 ,对照组 38例。研究组药物治疗的同时合并为期 3个月健康教育加心理社会支持治疗 ,分别于治疗前、治疗后进行抑郁自评量表、消化道症状改善及溃疡愈合水平评估。结果 :十二指肠溃疡患者合并抑郁症检出率为 6 4 2 % ,显著高于正常组 (P <0 0 1 )。经健康教育加心理社会支持治疗 3个月后 ,观察组抑郁指数显著降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,消化道症状明显改善 (P <0 0 5 ) ,溃疡治愈率显著增高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,抑郁转归发生率高 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :健康教育加心理社会支持治疗 ,可明显改善抑郁症状及消化道症状 ,并能促进溃疡愈合 ,健康教育对十二指肠溃疡患者是一种重要的辅助治疗措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To find out the rate of depressive symptom in patients with duodenal ulcer and study the effect of health education and psychosocial intervention on depression,indigestion and ulcer cure Methods: 120 patients with duodenal ulcer and 120 normal controls were assessed with SDS Patients with depressive index lager than 0 5 were randomly divided into intervention group (39) and group (38) After three months health education and psychosocial intervention,all 77 patients were assessed with SDS,their indigestion and ulcer cure were examined again Results: The rate of depression in patients with duodenal ulcer was 64 2%,which was significantly higher than normal control (24 2%) Health education and psychosocial intervention decreased the severity of depression,symptoms of digestive and improved ulcer cure,while control group made no significant progress in neither aspects Conclusion: Depression is common in patients can help patients coping with depression,indigestion and ulcer cure so that benefit them psychologically and physically Health education and psychosocial intervention can act as assistant in duodenal ulcer therapy更多还原
